Range construction
Retailmap evaluates your ranges relative to competitors,
helping to identify range imbalances and areas of potential.
Specifically, we map range size and mix at department,
product group and product category level together with other
comparative data relevant to your particular sector. (For
clothing retailers, for example, we might monitor key ratios
such as tops to bottoms and colourways per style.)
We also measure in-store stock availability at item and size
level as well as benchmarking the presence of key brands,
fashion positioning and customer profile (age, end use, etc).
